Direct booking? Does it work? (21.04.2008)

For more than 8 years we are handling reservations and bookings online through the web. All along we optimized the process - to care for our guests even before their vacation.

Maybe you ask yourself: how can I book a hotel room without having a confirmed flight? - And how to book a flight without having a confirmed accomodation? The problem is not easy to solve - but we do our best to assist.

1st step: inquiry
First of all you should send us an inquiry, telling us your wishes: date of arrival and date of departure, number of rooms/persons (adults, childs). Please fill the Online Form or send us an e-mail.

2nd step: confirmation of a provisional reservation
If we have available rooms we immediately open a provisional reservation and we send you a confirming e-mail. This reservation is without any obligation for you but it blocks the room(s) until you finished with the flight arrangements. In the confirmation e-mail we tell you how long we will block the room(s). The period can vary dependent on our available capacity. If we don't hear from you up to the due date, the reservation will automatically be canceled. If you need more time for your arrangements feel free to inform us and we will extend the period.

3rd step: definite booking
Confirm the reservation by e-mail when your flights are booked. If you want to use our airport pickup service, we need detailed flight information.

4th step: booking confirmation
In the final step we send you the confirmation of your booking - all done.

Café at the waterfront, sun beds at the beach (02.04.2008)

At the waterfront promenade, only 100 meters away from the Hotel Dias, we opened the Café "Evora" last year.

At the beach our guests can use the sun beds of Evora for free - Drinks and snacks are served by the Evora staff.
